You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter legally binding agreements.

Institutional accounts must be created by authorized representatives with the authority to bind the institution.

You agree to use Roleo only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Upload false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and any activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to update it as needed.

By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all associated fees. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Pricing changes will be communicated in advance and take effect on the next billing cycle.

All platform content and functionality are the property of Roleo and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Roleo a license to use it in connection with platform operations.

Roleo may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

You agree Roleo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party interactions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roleo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold Roleo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful conduct.

You may terminate your account at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
